The work in SUCOMEX operations department includes various functions: carry out the execution of assigned project under the Direction guidelines, development and updating of checklists and templates for monitoring and control the projects. Drafting and monitoring sales contracts of equipment and services. Negotiation and contract equipment and services suppliers related to the project implementation. Coordinate with the Technical and Commercial Departments the development of the necessary documentation to implement the project. Visits to factories and suppliers as well as ports or airports related to shipments of projects. Compile data for statistics on the performance of projects and suppliers.
For this SUCOMEX is thinking on a professional with the ability to work as a team player with a great willingness to travel. He or she must be rigorous, orderly, and accurately in the development of their work. Good communication skills especially with customers and suppliers. Flexible, able to adapt to changing situations and used to manage abroad.
We are thinking on a professional with a degree, fluent in spoken and written languages (English and French) and preferably with experience in the sector.
