Careers - Operations (Expat)

Within the Operations Department, the expatriate's work consists in acting as an intermediary between the customer and Sucomex, ensuring that project implementation runs as is planned and complying with all stages in an efficient manner.

Other duties include coordinating operations with local staff, tracking shipments, training of local team, and ensuring product warranty. He or she will evaluate prospective new partners, take decisions concerning implementation, installation, assembly and training.

A candidate for this position must be capablel of adapting to changing environments, flexible, and used to living abroad. He or she will be orderly and persistent, with good communications skills and a great capacity for problem solving.  Requirements include a degree, fluent in spoken and written languages (Spanish, English and French), with proven experience in similar fields desired but not required.
